*MUST HAVE:*

7+ years of *Custom Development Experience*

Experience in all phases of at least one full life-cycle engagement
-
2+ years *leading a development team*
-
Including responsibility for task management as well as complete team
oversight

Strong experience with the following:
-
*.NET framework development (VB, C#, ADO.NET <http://ADO.NET>,
ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET> and OOAD)*

*WCF (Windows Communication Framework)*
-
*ASPX*
-
*HTML*
-
*XML*
-
*SQL*
-
*TFS (Team Foundation Server)*
-
*Bachelor’s Degree or higher*
-
Experience with high level concepts in .NET framework development, ASPX,
HTML, and XML
-
Strong experience with basic .NET library, standards and frameworks
-
Experience writting VB or C# classes and methods with direction and
oversight from experienced developer, plus class and package level
development experience using VB or C#, Persistence (Entity Framework and/or
ADO.NET), ASP.NET, and OOAD
-
Strong debugging skills using Visual Studio
-
Good understanding of .NET framework library
-
2+ years of experience using Team Foundation Server for SDLC management
-
Experience working collaboratively with team members, leads, and
architects. Proactively addressing potential risks ahead of time.
-
Delivers sound problem analysis and high-quality deliverables that
address defined client needs. Assists in the timely resolution of any
technical or client service issues. Coordinates and communicates
activities with engagement management.

Background in public sector business

Good understanding and demonstrated experience with at least one common
architectural pattern with MVC
