Please send your available matching candidates on [email protected] Role: QA Process Lead Location: Jersey City, NJ Mode: Phone and F2F Duration: 6 months+ Position Summary This is a hands-on job that requires extensive experience in software quality assurance processes; procedures and methods that promise (assure) successful construction of IT systems. This is NOT a testing position. This position will facilitate continuous process improvement (Kaizen) by identifying tasks or activities that deviated from the guidelines, investigate the root cause(s) that triggered the deviation, and suggest corrective and preventive remedies. Ideal candidate must have a verifiable track record of success in implementation and improvement of quality processes, procedures and methods. Requirements: · Expert level skills with Microsoft Excel. Should be able to create/modify complex macros using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) · Must have more than 3 years bank software development experience. · Must have more than 5 years software quality process experience and extensive knowledge on quality standards (ISO 9000), or models (CMMI) or methodology (six sigma). · Should have experience with most of the following : 1. Creating/Reviewing Business Requirement Documents 2. Reviewing Function/Detail Design Documents 3. Creating/ Reviewing Test plan and test cases/scripts 4. Six sigma - DMAIC & DMADV 5. Performing software quality management (SQM) process audits 6.
