Title: *Business System Analyst* Location: *Woodlawn, MD* Duration: *Long Term* *Only US Citizen, Green Card and EAD GC |**LOCALS ONLY** (in-Person interview required)* Education & Years of experience: · Doctorate and 10 years experience · Masters and 12 years experience · Bachelors and 14 years experience · Associates and 16 years experience Description of Work: · Facilitate and lead stakeholder interviews and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to solicit user and business requirements and develop functional requirements and design specifications · Develop Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) documents including business processes, screen mock-ups, use cases, design specifications etc. · Independently lead a team of analysts responsible for eliciting requirements and analyzing distinct databases · Provide weekly and monthly status to the management · Serve as point of contact in compiling user/process requirements for systems development · Perform data analysis to identify significance and business usage of various elements in a relational database · Develop web service specifications for interface between multiple applications · Provide technical writing support for functional requirements and design documents · Conduct Gap Analysis to modernize legacy systems · Develop presentations in MS PowerPoint and conduct briefings to project stakeholders · Documenting meeting minutes · Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences, as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis · Become knowledgeable on the HIPAA policies and procedures for the program and ensure awareness of HIPAA breach process.
