Title: Senior Linux Admin Duration: 6 Months Location: NY Fast-growing fintech company requires Linux virtualization engineer to plan and build out new datacenter. The successful candidate would be able to hit the ground running using his/her vast core Linux skills and experience to build out a Xen-based private cloud environment for the firm to move its existing applications to. The private cloud project has already been scoped, but the candidate would be expected to gather requirements/information pro-actively and to provide input. Past experience with similar projects must be demonstrable. The company is a late-stage startup and the successful candidate would be able to take the infrastructure environment to the next level in terms of automation, supportability and scalability, and is ready to roll his/her sleeves up to do it.
