Experience in developing object-oriented, web-based consumer applications in a Java/J2EE 3-tier environment. Experience with high volume data, direct consumer applications a must. Estimating work effort, planning, organization, and implementing complex software projects. Experience in Spring, Hibernate and RESTful based web services. Understands source quality (unit testing, good design patterns, and industry best practices).Expertise in Object Oriented analysis, Classic design patterns and J2EE patterns.
