*OIM Developer (Oracle Identity Manager)*
*Location: Minneapolis, MN*
*Duration: 6 Months+*
*Note: Need Locals Only for Face to Face Interview.***
*Job Description:*
7-9 years of IT experience
• Has in-depth knowledge of state-of-the art engineering technical
approaches in design, build, testing, debugging problems as required by
domain
• Experience Guiding technical design activities to ensure design intent
is clear and infrastructure impact understood
• Acted as a platform *SME for Oracle OIM* lead preventative
maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolve routine problems to
ensure infrastructure and application stability
• Experience leading the design, building lifecycle management of
*Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) connector* implementations and
integration with other enterprise applications
Resources would be full time on these work streams
· Requirements review/sign off
· Design development (in partnership with the vendor team), review, sign off
· Code review & sign off
· Testing review and sign off
· Stage and Prod deployments
· Technology experience required:
· OIM experience including patching, deploying, and technical
troubleshooting
· Weblogic experience, Tuning a plus
· SOA experience
· Knowledgeable of Unix operating system
· Ability to review and parse log files
· Understanding of the Oracle SR process
· SQL
· Database tuning a plus
· Team player, technical focus but communicate on any level.
· Java experience if they are going to be performing Code reviews
