Sr. Consultant, Project Management



U.S. Product Delivery leads the deployment of MasterCard products and
services and holds direct accountability for the customer experience in the
new product launch. This includes consultation and management of both
business and technical facets for product/service delivery and leading both
internal and external partners towards successful execution.

The role involves managing comprehensive and successful deployment of new
and existing MasterCard products and services within the Emerging Payments
vertical with focus on EMV, MasterPass, Mobile, e-commerce and Personal
Payments deployments.

The role manages client and internal MasterCard project teams as they
progress through the solution development and delivery. This includes
leading program kick off meetings, status calls, client feedback sessions
and go-to-market readiness.

[[Accountabilities]]

• Lead successful completion of assigned EMV delivery projects.
• Manage projects to success metrics established with the customer and
ensure application of Product Delivery best practices and methodology.
• Provide both business and technical EMV subject matter expertise during
member discussions and support the Customer and Solution Sales teams during
sales and pre-launch activities.
• Lead the development of product delivery process maps that identify
assets and functions within MasterCard, and roles/ responsibilities.

• Demonstrated experience in financial services and/or consumer goods
industry vertical with strong knowledge of payments business.
• Strong experience in all facets of EMV delivery - project management,
testing & certification and managing relationships with service providers.
• Superior external client relationship management skills.
• Extensive project management, problem solving and planning skills with a
demonstrated record of success managing multiple projects with external and
internal clients.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams internally and externally
against client projects.
• Ability to quickly engage and influence business and technical partners.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships at
all functional levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Process Improvement experience, a plus
