   - Consultants with 10+ years as PeopleSoft HRMS Functional consultant.
   - Strong knowledge in *Core HR, Admin Workforce, Training Administration,
   Track Global Assignments, Position Management, eProfile, eManager,
   ePerformance and Peoplesoft security*
   - Experience in min 2 or 3 end-to-end Implementations / *Upgrade projects
   *.
   - Should have the ability to drive fit gap workshops with business
   - Should be able to assist the functional team to quickly come up with
   keep-drop analysis
   - Should have good functional knowledge in PeopleSoft ver 9.1 is must
   - Full understanding of project life cycle and Upgrade methodologies
   - Must have end-to-end Implementation/Upgrade experience in PS HRMS V9.0
   or above (mandatory).
   - Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels
   - Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced
   environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns,
   familiarity with user-centered

      analysis and evaluation techniques
