Foster City, CA Long Term One of our direct client Talent Acquisition team is seeking an exceptionally talented technical recruiter to find the best technical talent in the world for our Technology organization. This position will conduct daily recruiting activities on a global basis for experienced candidates. This is a great opportunity to join a world class brand at an exciting time of rapid growth. JOB SCOPE Key Responsibilities • Work closely with Technology leaders to understand their business strategy and staffing needs • Partner with hiring managers for full-cycle recruiting efforts, including identifying capability and knowledge requirements, sourcing a diverse slate of candidates, establishing valid candidate assessment processes and facilitating the offer process. • Identify potential candidates through the use of Boolean searches, networking, candidate referrals, web sourcing, ATS database and social networking • Achieve exceptional levels of client and partner satisfaction • Participate in branding Visa as a premium employer of choice • Participate in related programs and process improvement projects as a talent consultant to build and deliver best-in-class Talent Acquisition services • Build strong relationships with internal and external clients and partners • Maintain a network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates for Visa’s future needs QUALIFICATIONS • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience for a search firm, agency or in-house talent acquisition team with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Taleo preferred • Ability to develop results-driven recruiting strategies for sourcing, evaluation and selection of technical talent • Deep knowledge of technical sourcing and recruiting methodologies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter expertise • Experience recruiting across all areas of Technology including: Infrastructure, Application Development, Testing, Information Security, Project Management and Operations • Proven expertise in customer relationship management • Strong consultative skills, particularly in the areas of salary equity, internal movement and workforce planning • Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation, organization and problem solving skills • Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization (executive, professional, administrative) • Ability to be flexible, multi task and handle multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision • Team-orientation with excellent interpersonal skills Thanks & Regards, Name : Chris Matthew Email : [email protected] Phone : 732-375-1400 Website : www.taditsolutions.com Address : 101 Hudson St Jersey City NJ 07302 Ste 2100 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
