Organizing and leading design workshops with users, business analysts, domain exports and other stakeholders 4. Developing and communicating design ideas with internal and external customers, working directly with customers to communicate and defend design ideas 5. Designing wireframes using various prototyping tools like Axure and Omnigraffle in a short time 6. Conducting user tests, documenting and validating the findings 7. Guiding and assisting visual designers for visual design explorations 8. Keeping abreast with trends and techniques of User Experience for web, mobile and wearable computing *Skill:* · Should have 8+ years of experience of working as User Experience designer · Experience of working for Banking and Finance domain · Experience of direct communication with customers · Experience of leading design workshops and focus groups · Should have experience in executing E2E UX solution for complex institutional and consumer applications · Experience in UX for Mobility and Non-Mobility platforms *Nice to have:* 1.
