Masters level degree in Business/Finance/Management preferred - Minimum 5 years’ experience in Capital Markets in a consulting or industry practitioner role - Candidate must have significant experience in a Consulting/Business Analysis role within Capital markets and Trading - Must have experience in at least one of the following asset classes: equities, fixed income, options (futures, commodities and OTC derivatives preferable) & FX. - Must have Front Office Trading knowledge and familiarity with industry standard trading systems, compliance and reporting technologies. - Familiarity with Big Data technologies - Trade Surveillance and broader regulatory compliance; with emphasis on trading & capital markets knowledge - Understand nuances of compliance requirements by legal entity, jurisdiction (i.e. US – FINRA, NASD/SEC, CFTC, EUROPE – FSA, APAC- JFSA among others) and by asset class. - Ability to design & understand requirements of controls and procedure, promoting collaboration across business units while controlling access and misuse of sensitive data - Must understand key principals of data management and governance, data quality across trade (transaction) and static data management. - SQL knowledge and ability to query/verify data across operational data stores. - Experience with workflow solutions to drive compliance through rules and case management - Understand information access & policies to control role based security of sensitive data - Ability to develop client relationships and comfortably interact with senior level clients - Strong work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence - Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment - Experience managing teams is a plus Regards Javed Ansari Sr. Technical Recruiter, Dominion Technology Services Corp.
