The authorized User may seek Specialists in the following areas (list is not exhaustive): Backup and Recovery; Security - You must be able to to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. *PART B: Requested Desirable Qualifications: *The numbered qualifications below are not mandatory, but candidates should meet or exceed in duration and skill set target asked for, at least 4 of numbers 1 through 7. 1. 84 + months installing/configuring/upgrading *IBM AIX 5.3, 6.1 & 7.1 operating systems on Power5, Power6 and* Power7 platforms in addition to installing and *configuring PowerVM* virtualization services and high availability technology including HACMP and Power HA. 2. 60 + months supporting servers with virtualized *SAN* attached storage such as *IBM SVC and EMC VPLEX*. This experience should include installation and configuration of NFS shared and GPFS clustered file systems. 3. 84+ months experience with *Tivoli Storage Manager* including installation and configuration of agents and troubleshooting of issues. 4. 24+ months supporting servers utilizing *CommVault backup software and One Touch BMR solution.* *5. *60 + months supporting LPAR’s running a variety of applications including *IHS, WebSphere, MQ/Message Broker, Oracle and Oracle Clusterware.* *6. *60 + months maintaining LPAR’s in an N-Tier, load balanced network environment working with network teams on network/firewall/DNS issues and requests. Requires knowledge of networks*: IP (both TCP and UDP), subnetting, routing, vlans, and firewalls to assist with troubleshooting server/application communications.* 7. 60 + months performing AIX diagnostic and tuning activities utilizing *NMON and LPAR2RRD*.
