Please send your available matching candidates on [email protected] Role : Active Directory Engineers Location : Newark, NJ Duration : 6-12 months Interview : Phone & In-Person Start : ASAP Must be local and 7+ years’ experience Job Description · The Global Business & Technology Solutions organization is looking for an Active Directory Engineer to support the Active Directory infrastructure. · This candidate will research, design and release standards for the corporate environment. · This role requires an in depth knowledge of Active Directory, Federation, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows security, and related technology. Responsibilities · Contribute to the design, development, and execution of system changes through the end-to-end testing life cycle. · Develop capacity forecasts for managed environments that are proactive and prevent problems prior to outages. · Develop processes and procedures to ensure managed environments maintain the highest levels of availability, security, and quality. · Develop technical engineering solutions that solve business challenges and improve processes; including developing tactical and strategic technical solutions that will address business requirements. · Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible. · Work as part of a project team to design new system solutions which includes, implementing proof-of-concepts and presenting with a marketing mindset. · Serves as escalation point and provide troubleshooting guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems. · Candidate must be able to accommodate schedule flexibility to deal with escalations and occasional changes during non-core business hours. Qualifications · Expert knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, GPO’s, and PKI in a Windows Server 2012 R2 platform. · Knowledge working with public, private, and hybrid cloud authentication. · Knowledge of tools to manage the Microsoft systems including PowerShell scripting, System Center suit applications. · Knowledge of DHCP, WINS, and DFS in a Windows Server 2012 R2 platform. · Knowledge of Microsoft Forefront Identity Management, Microsoft Exchange, Dell InTrust, Dell Change Auditor, and Dell GPOAdmin are preferable. · Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Non-Windows Server architectures, Virtualization Technologies, and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies. · Candidate must have a technologist mindset with aptitude to work on complex projects while possessing organization, time management, and multitasking skills. · Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to cross-train team members. · Four year Bachelor’s degree in an Information Systems related field.
