 Must have experience in leading a large multi-vendor or multiple release
(iterations) projects as well as trading and/or block trading processes or
tools *** Looking for a Test Lead with Brokerage project experience. If
your candidate does not have not have any brokerage project experience,
they will not be considered. PROJECT: The Premium Wealth Tools project will
deliver a 3rd party industry parity platform to support model trading and
rebalance management for a Financial Advisor-driven discretionary managed
product. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Articulate / good communicator, exhibits
leadership. Someone who worked on a project in which they executed Trades
and particularly with a 3rd party trading tool will rise to the top.

*TOP 3 REQUIREMENTS:* *The QA must have Brokerage experience*

·         Experience with creating a Test Plan which includes defining the
test approach

·         Experience with leading a team of Business Analysts, Technology
and 3rd party vendors, to create a task plan to meet the Test Start date,
plus ongoing tracking

·         Experience with producing test status reports, managing open
issues and status through fix, retest, pass/fail, and facilitating test
issue discussions

*ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: *

Previous Test Lead experience for brokerage project involving 3rd  Test
Lead experience on a project with agile releasesparty trading  involving
repeatable regression testing, in addition to testing of new code  Strong
leadership skills to lead a team of 3 – 4 BAs through Test  StrongPlanning,
Test preparation, execution and reporting  communication skills with the
ability to work with several firms with different readiness levels to plan
test cycles, timing, etc. o Skill set required:  Strong analytical,
quantitative &  In depthproblem solving skills  knowledge of business
operations and processes with the ability to articulate  Experience with
creating a Test Plan whichthese processes to others.   Experience with
leading a team ofincludes defining the test approach  Business Analysts,
Technology and 3rd party vendors, to create a task plan to  Experience
withmeet
the Test Start date, plus ongoing tracking  producing test status reports,
managing open issues and status through fix,  Experienceretest, pass/fail,
and facilitating test issue discussions  with different project
methodologies and project life cycles.  Understand and apply technology as
it relates to the business  Effective written communication skills to
deliver articulate and concisely  Ability to work in a fast paced
environmentsummarize information.   Competency in Microsoft Office
suite with
minimal supervision.  Project related experience with interactive
marketing/web applications  Working knowledge with the following
applications: MS Visio and HP Quality Center.
