Required qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree, first degree, or equivalent experience in Technical Communications. · Minimum 4 years as technical writer for complex systems. Plus qualifications: · Proficiency in DITA and XML editor. · Experience in a single-sourcing environment using structured writing techniques. · Experience in an agile environment. · Experience with XML-based content management system. · Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
