hands-on in the design, develop and implement a highly customized
SharePoint Document Management system from scratch. Should have proven
experience in creating the entire Framework end-to-end to include security
layer (Azure (AD FS), JWT (Java token), SAML, oAuth 2.0) and Presentation
Layer (Restful services and .NET) expertise in a globally deployed
enterprise initiative. Initially 100% on site then some remote can be
accommodated.*

   - 8+ years software design / architecture
      - WPF, Silverlight, ASP.NET, C#, WCF
      - HTML5/JavaScript/CSS
   - 6+ years enterprise system design / architecture (any platform;
   Microsoft / .NET preferred)
      - Multi-tier systems
      - Service-oriented architecture
      - Relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
      - Global applications preferred
   - 4+ years leading teams (5+ team members) and projects through
   organized SDLC (any platform; Microsoft / .NET preferred)
      - Project planning
      - Task assignment / communication
      - Business requirements analysis
      - Functional specification authoring
      - System documentation authoring
   - 5+ years Microsoft SharePoint design and development. 1+ year with
   SharePoint 2013. Extensive experience with SharePoint custom solutions
   including Search, web parts, WIF(SAML,Tokens,oAuth 2.0) and client side
   object models
   - 5+ years with Microsoft .NET (development, architecture, or project
   management)
      - C# / VS 2010 / 2012 preferred
      - Team Foundation Server preferred
   - Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and as
   part of a functional team based on:
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including
      coaching and mentoring
      - Proven success at guiding teams to productive outcomes
      - Demonstrated advanced decision making capabilities
      - Ability to multi-task and dynamically adjust priorities
      - Excellent planning, time, and resource management skills
      - Advanced analytical, visualization, and problem-solving abilities
