Location:: Los Angeles, CA ( downtown) MOI:: T + S Rate:: Market Rate Duration:: 6 months Client Name:: Primitive Logic You are: You are either a developer who got interested in deployment and network operations, or a sys admin who has a passion for scripting and coding, and moved into the development side where you can improve the automation of test and deployment. Either way, you are a person who has pushed beyond the defined areas of competence and who has a more holistic view of your technical environments. You are the “Special Forces” in your organization; you are an engineer who has a depth of knowledge and years of hands-on experience; you are battle tested and have the skills of a business analyst and the technical chops to actual build the solution if you had to; most importantly, you can look at how any issues fits into the big picture. What You Will Be Doing · Working with core development teams to automatically unit test, deploy and maintain software build images and deliver them to physical and virtual servers · Creating, implementing and managing a continuous build and deploy environment · Define automated unit test and verification processes for production services · Build test and verification tools to determine the health of builds · Administer in-house source control systems(GIT/Gerrit) · Provide technical service and technical leadership. · Aid in ensuring feasibility, functionality and integration with existing systems/platforms · Develop tools, scripts and documentation for everyday maintenance tasks · Assist in the development and maintenance of security best practices · Work in an organized team oriented environment with shared responsibilities · Work with developers on improving operational coding practices and validating software changes · Provide on-call support (when needed) for production systems Required Skills (Must Have): The key is knowledge of Weblogic Platform, newer source code management (SCM) platform. · 3+ years of software engineering experience in Java or 3+ years system administration. · 2+ years of scripting and development skills in bash, Perl, Python or related languages · Strong experience with build management tools specifically GIT, Nexus, and Maven · Prior experience in release and build engineering in a Java environment · Prior experience implementing continuous integration (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo) · Responsible, organized and hardworking Preferred Skills and Experiences · Strong analytical skills with strong written and verbal communication. · Prior experience with ADF, OHS (or Apache), Weblogic, SSL Certificates and Provisioning, Oracle DB and general web debugging strongly preferred. · Prior experience with JIRA and the Atlassian Product Suite. · Strong experience with Linux network services architecture and design including: DNS, DHCP, HTTP proxies, and NFS · Outstanding skills at interacting with people within the organization (from developers to senior management) · Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent) *Regards,* * Viren Yadav Source Infotech, Inc. * *3840 Park Avenue, Suite C-205, Edison, New Jersey 08820 Phone : 609-945-0827 Email : [email protected] <[email protected]> URL : www.sourceinfotech.com <http://www.sourceinfotech.com/>* *Gtalk/Yahoo:* viren.rgtalent -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
