*Requirements*:
- Minimum 3 years Healthcare Insurance experience.
- Business experience of 7 -10 years
- Ability to lead others required
- Knowledge of Blue Cross Blue Shields a plus.
- Facets 4.x and/or NASCO knowledge desired.
- Ability to think out of the box, highly organized, multi-task,
detailed oriented, work independently as well as in team environment.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Ability to present findings and/or train others on use of data.
- Need 5 or more years analytical experience
- Strong SQL skills for ad hoc queries, stored procedures and
programming scripts
- SSIS experience preferred
- Experience working thru all phases of SDLC
- Strong problem solving skills; ability to quickly learn the business
and perform business analyst duties
*COMMENTS/NOTES:*
1. Sql Server conversant. Not only in query language, but needs to have
ability to create a look up table and add indexes to that table
1. Occasionally have clean up data and will need to be able to write
and update script to fix the data within given parameters
2. At least 3 years
2. Analysis experience
1. Need to enjoy doing Data Analysis and pursuing issues that they
find
2. Someone who just says “this doesn’t work” is of no value. They
need someone who will say “This is why this doesn’t work”
3. HEALTHCARE Insurance Experience is an absolute MUST
