This person will serve as a Project Manager, providing project management and business analyst services for multiple service areas. This Project Manager will work with both State of Michigan and Contractual Resources, supporting on-going development of the MGFee (Michigan Geographic Framework Editing Environment) application, as well as Shared Service start-up and project oversight. *These responsibilities include:* a. Develop the management of scope, time, cost, communication, quality, and risk for each individual project. b. Provide guidance and support to DTMB/CSS and customers in their understanding of the project management best practices and discipline for the project. c. Communicate the agency vision and customer needs to the project team. d. Provide overall support to the project team members. This will include planning and coordinating State and contractual information technology (IT) staff to meet the customers’ needs along with complying with DTMB development standards. e. The work will include the design and implementation of project plans, technical documents, and oversight of schedules and review/approval of status reports, deliverables and invoices for each project worked on. *Skills Required*: Project Management Skills both Waterfall & Agile *Skills Preferred*: Certified PMP Certified Scrum Master Certified in Agile *Experience Required*: 7 yrs Project Management experience *Experience Preferred*: 7 yrs experience as certified PMP 3 yrs experience with GIS software or spatial application development *Education Required*: B.S and/or Masters *Education Preferred:* B.S and/or Masters *Additional Information*: US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.
