   - Core Java(Mandatory)
   - XML(Mandatory)
   - Python Scripting
   - As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts,
   developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module
   within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing)
   - You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular
   technology/industry domain/a process / application / product.
   - You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.



*Technical  Skills:*

*Core Java :*Should be aware of the following concepts of Core Java.

   - ·         Fundamental concepts (JVM, Java environment, primitive
   types, references, pass by value, packages, imports, static import, JAR
   concepts, command line arguments, system properties, assignments,
   expressions, operators, exception handling)
   - ·         Declarations, Initializations and Scoping
   - ·         Flow Control - Usage of for loop, switch, if, while,
   enhanced for
   - ·         API Contents of String related classes, Object, Wrapper
   classes, Autoboxing, File Streams, Serialization, Dates, Numbers,
   Currency,Parsing, Tokenizing, Formatting
   - ·         Concurrency Concepts
   - ·         Object oriented concepts (Class, Methods, Access specifies,
   Inheritance, Abstract classes, Interfaces), Inner Classes
   - ·         Collection Framework and Generics
   - ·         Assertions
   - ·         Enums, Variable Argument Lists
   - ·         Annotations
   - ·         Regular Expressions
   - ·         Reflection
   - ·         Networking (URL, URI, Sockets, Datagrams)

   - ·         Should be having good hands-on experience with at least
   onestatic analysis tool like PMD, Findbugs, JTest.
   - ·         Should know to install, configure rules. Should be able to
   fix the errors reported through thestatic analyzer tool.
   - ·         Should be having good hands-on experience with at least one
   optimizer tool like JProbe, Optimize it.
   - ·         Should be having good hands-on experience with at least one
   profiling tool like J Profile.

*XML: *

   - ·         Should be aware of fundamentals on XML, Comparison with
   HTML, simple coding, XML Characteristics, Components, Validation, Parsers
   and Namespaces
   - ·         Understanding of DTDs/Schemas and able to validate/comply
   the XML documents with DTD/Schema
   - ·         Able to create/write XML Schemas, Groups, Elements/Attributes
   - ·         Aware of any of the parser DOM/SAX
   - ·         Should be able touse XML IDEs like XML SPY, Stylus Studio
   - ·         Should be able to develop functionality/application using
   the XML language.
   - ·         Should understand – what is unit testing (Screen testing,
   Class testing etc. what to use when)
