Must have experience with Cisco Communication Manager integration, voice gateways (focus on administrative cluster), QOS, SIP, and Cisco Unity Connection. Some working knowledge of the other traditional telephony/telecom system is also a must. - Cisco UCCE, call routing is a primary responsibility. - 5+ years of applicable CTI experience. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a large scale telephony environment. - Ability to collaborate with a distributed voice team, share relevant information, seek to convince others, know how to listen effectively and promote a team spirit - Client focused and service minded to truly listen and understand the Voice of the Customer. - Creativity, problem solving and analytical skills to effectively translate technical issues into key activities and develop new methods and approaches to satisfy requirements. - Experience with SDLC and release management tools and processes - Communication skills (both oral and written) to develop and deliver the key messages for our customer and internally - Technical skills required include UCCE, PCCE, QOS, SIP , CVP, ICM, Java and/or VB scripting - Application knowledge of CUIC, NICE, Calbrio, Finesse - Action / results oriented, energetic and positive to drive key activities and initiatives to completion that meet the joint goals of AXA Tech and its clients. - Project management disciplines - task planning, financial planning, and issue management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of business and technology trends - Fluent with Windows Server 200x, Active Directory and SQL Server 200x will be needed to help maintain this environment. Linux a plus. - Significant hands-on experience in the implementation of systems. - Capable of contributing to design sessions, compose technical documentation, and mentoring other team members. - Knowledge of local and long-distance carriers.
