Client has one single instance of SAP and eBusiness that covers all our market companies. There are documentation needs to keep track of changes in service and development. *Key relationships* Process Team Lead and members Design Leads and Specialists Release Team *Purpose of role* *Troubleshoot issues *reported by users or escalated by Service Analysts and develop bug fixes Ensure process related CIC tickets are handled and followed up in a timely manner Resolve incidents to meet aggressive resolution targets defined by service level agreement Identify and/or resolve root causes for incidents and defects with help from developer Analyze and propose optimal design changes to improve the existing solution Create GAPs where appropriate and follow up with project/release team Provide Analysis, Configuration, Testing and Documentation when involved in project/release work Develop and drive the implementation of eBusiness best practices and standards Responsible in reviewing knowledge transfer and hand-over request from eBusiness Release and other projects Support Tier 1 service analyst by managing escalation tickets and to make sure the issue is identified, resolved and meeting satisfactory KPI level Follow up with Design Specialist (SDS) to make sure incidents are certified and making sure that the result is with good quality *Deliver GAPs collaboration with Global Process team* Gather and clarify business As-Is and To-be requirements Collaborate with GDLs, Process experts to design an optimal solution according to best practices *About Net2Source, Inc.* Net2Source is an employer-of-choice for over 1000 consultants across the globe.
