Send resumes to **[email protected]* <[email protected]> Position : Clinical Data warehouse with Oracle Exadata Location : New York City - New York Duration : 6 + Months Experience : 8-10 Years * Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required : * · 10 + years of experience in Enterprise Architect /Solution Architect · Responsible for overseeing the development of the product and solution suite for Population Health with · To provide architecture consulting across the business, applications & data domains and be able to create/refine a market-ready solution portfolio · Bring credibility and leadership in development of technology in the areas of care management application, patient-centric solutions and analytic tools · DWH Data Modeling and BI Visualization (Exadata exp) · Understand & analyze Healthcare Provider/ACO organization business needs. · Translate business requirements, develop business cases, and recommend solutions. · Create current state and future state workflows, perform requirements gathering and analysis for Population Health Management applications including clinical, claims, and operational workflows · Analysis, design, configuration, validation, implementation, integration for Care Management & Population Analytics applications · Be customer focused, meet with customers/end-users to identify provider' s system objectives & needs *Desired Skills & Experience* · Atleast a Bachelor degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education · Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in managing PHM engagements as an Enterprise Architect. · Experience in facilitating Discovery Sessions & Workshops with end users and IT team to drive out detailed business requirements, and communicate to all audiences · Ability to collaborate with Clinical and IT departments with minimal guidance from project sponsors.
