Role: Salesforce.com Developer Location: San Francisco, CA
Hiring Mode: Telephonic + Face to Face Rate: DOE Need a local candidate who can go for face to face round. *Responsibilities:* Manage and enable technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code • Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions • Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement • Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace • Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code • Review test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing. • Continue to build on technical and business knowledge. Seek out innovations in process improvement, better utilization of resources, product enhancements, improved communications and faster issue resolution. • Prepare and present clear technical analysis. • Partner with business analysts in producing solutions to business problems. • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. • Provide high-quality and timely support to end users Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher with technical skills or equivalent work experience • Salesforce Certifications preferred Experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT applications, with an emphasis on Salesforce.com Development • Experience in a complex enterprise application environment with integrations and customizations to support multiple business processes • Demonstrative success with at least one large Salesforce.com integration project • Demonstrative ability to be both a team player but also work independently when needed Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API • Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers • Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, SOAP-based web services • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE) • Strong understanding of relational databases • Demonstrative success with at least one large Salesforce.com integration project • Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async • Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users • Technical project management experience • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams Thanks and Regards *Padam Singh* *Team Lead - Recruitment* Technology Resource Group Inc. 3736 Hills-Dale Court Santa Clara,CA Work: 408-709-1760; Ext:710 Fax: 408-213-8316 Email: [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
