There is an urgent requirement of *IT Applications/Support Manager- Oracle Applications And Integration @ Los Angeles CA.* If interested then please send your updated resume ASAP. *Position : IT Applications/Support Manager- Oracle Applications And Integration* *Location: Los Angeles CA* *Duration: 3+ Months* *Only Local to CA.* *Job Description:* *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* • Supports the Oracle Fusion system and serves as liaison with Oracle and/or maintenance support team. • Leads application issue resolution and change management. • Develops queries and reports to address operating needs of financial users (financial systems) and HR users (HR systems), as needed. • Documents/diagrams functional and technical process flows to ensure optimization and synchronization of systems, including identifying/advising on best applications for specific business processes, including cloud-based systems vs. internally housed systems. • Works closely and hands on with business partners to gather system requirements to deliver business solutions using enterprise applications. • Ensures information security protocols and practices are in place to protect unauthorized access and use of corporate data. • Ensures enterprise application disaster recovery procedures are aligned with the organization’s business continuity plan. • Works closely with all groups to coordinate software upgrades and the installation of new product. • Proactively recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing IT policies and procedures require change or where new policies/procedures need to be developed, particularly with respect to operations. • Supports the organization in developing a more robust on-line and mobile device presence that allows for enhanced visibility, as well as enhanced capacity to generate crowd-sourced donor revenue. • Helps lead and/or partner to develop a population health search hub that will selective pull and attractively display curated content. • Monitors service delivery to ensure the agreed-upon targets and standards are met. • Aggressively identifies and recommends opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiencies. • Provides instruction, assistance and support to Oracle Fusion Financials end-users by developing training materials and conducting training sessions. Develops similar technical support/training for future systems implementation projects. • Effectively and proactively communicates risks to Sr. IT Manager. Develops viable solutions to mitigate risk. *JOB QUALIFICATIONS:* To be considered for this position, the candidate must have at least 5-7 years of hands on experience, with progressively increasing responsibility in support of information systems. Direct production support of one or more major platforms as well as one or more major systems implementation projects is preferred. Experience should also include exposure to both shared and outsourced solutions, as well as support of in-house experience with Oracle Fusion and/or EBS. Knowledge of Replicon, Ultipro and Concur systems a plus. The candidate must have strong skills in change management, issue resolution, workflow documentation, data analysis, and reports. This individual must possess experience supporting a user community in a prompt and professional manner, including excellent communications skills. Additional qualifications include at least five years of hands-on functional and configuration experience with Oracle Financials in the areas of AP, AR, GL, and reporting, as well as experience with some combination of Oracle’s developer tools, including Oracle Workflow, BI publisher, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and JDeveloper - OAF, JTF, ADF with JSF. *Education/Experience: * Requires a four-year degree in Information Systems or a Computer Science (or comparable field). A Master’s Degree in MIS or CS is desirable. *Certificates/Licenses/Clearances:* Oracle systems certification highly desirable. *Other Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:* Ability to effectively present systems/IT information to lay audiences. Knowledge of the following business functional areas: Financial and Management Accounting, Human Resources, and CRM. Strong issue resolution / problem solving skills Ability to be a team player and self-starter Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and to communicate and interact effectively with management and users at all levels through both verbal and written means. Project management skills are a plus.
