*Interview: Phone & Skype* *Description:* As a Natural Technical Lead you must have a strong background in enterprise systems architecture, processes, procedures and technology. You must have experience working with tax or financial systems. You need to have experience working in a mainframe enterprise environment. You must have experience leading large projects to develop applications for a large group or organization. You must have strong business analysis experience. You must have experience working with end users to gather requirements for strategic planning. You must have experience developing processes and procedures to support an enterprise system. You must be able to follow software development processes, prepare detailed documentation and generate work estimates in an SDLC environment. You must be quality conscious and be dedicated to delivering quality products on time and on budget. *WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS* · Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. · Must be able to work independently in a team environment. · Knowledge of project management methodologies · Must possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary · Perform related work as assigned *MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS* · Eight years experience in a mainframe enterprise environment · Eight years experience in application development and implementation · Eight years experience managing or leading technical projects · Eight years experience in tracking work items and reporting progress · Eight years experience with developing processes and procedures for mainframe (Natural/Cobol) environments · Five years of working experience with the business customers, project managers and other business & IT SMEs/Client to define enterprise system strategies and implementation approaches. · Five years of hands-on experience with developing tax or financial systems · Five years extensive experience with highly complex application security requirements *PREFERENCES* · Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products · Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government) · Experience working with IT and business customers *About Net2Source, Inc.* Net2Source is an employer-of-choice for over 1000 consultants across the globe.
