Description:
*A.**Contractor Tasks*
Contractortasksordutiesshallinclude,butarenotlimitedto,allofthefollowing:
*1.**Create a Drupal Development Site on a Test Environment Server*
Using a SDLC methodology, plan to develop, test and implement a Drupal
CMS on a test environment running Windows 2008 Server R2 or later.
Establish individual logins for OEHHA Web/IT staff and permissions setup
for reviewers in Drupal. OEHHA Web staff will develop a table of
permissions and roles of OEHHA staff for the developer to use in this
deliverable. Install Apache if needed. Test and validate security and
functionality of the website.
*2.**Implement Solution
*Using the test server approach, implement the solution as a production
website on a production web server. Install Drupal and the developed
Drupal template(s). Install all Drupal module(s). Test the website for
mobile and section 508. Test and validate security and functionality of
the website. The production web server will be hosted by OTECH as per
proposed by the Feasibility Study Report. The
Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) is called CalCloud.*

*3.**Translation Solution
*Provide a solution to translate pages on the website with a disclaimer.
The included languages should contain at least the top six languages
spoken in California. Languages such as Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog,
Hmong, and Cantonese.

*4.**Print Friendly Version
*Provide a solution for making pages print friendly. The pages should be
able to be formatted for printing.
**
*5.**Form
*Provide a solution to facilitate comments/concerns in a web form. The
form will have dropdown menus and text length limitations. The web form
will email the formatted information to a specific email address.
**
*6.**Search Bar
*Provide a solution for searching within the website. Pages should be
indexed to provide accurate and reliable search results. The search bar
should also have an advance search feature using the taxonomy terms.
**
*7.**Develop a Drupal Template Using Existing Templates and Guidelines*
The template must have the look and feel of the current California State
Responsive Design website template. The template can be found at
http://webtools.ca.govand shall be used to create a Drupal template(s).
The template must use OEHHA’s color scheme. OEHHA staff will make
recommendations on the content sections.
*8.**Documentation*
Provide documentation of tasks and code. Any added task or procedures
shall contain commented code with a description of purpose and function.
*9.**Staff Cross-Training*
Provide on-site training for OEHHA staff in use of Drupal as content
editors. Provide on-site training for IT staff in use of Drupal as
administrators. In total about 10 users.
*10.**Drupal Module(s) Installations*
At the direction of OEHHA IT staff, install and configure Drupal modules
for various functions as needed.
*11.**Mobile Ready and Section 508 Compliant*
The Drupal website shall be mobile ready and conform to section 508
rules. The website shall be developed to be Responsive Web Design (RWD)
compliant. The mobile version shall provide clear viewing of the website
on a desktop and mobile device. The Drupal website shall be section 508
compliant.
*12.**Develop Branding Logo(s) Graphics *
Create a graphical logo for the P65 Warning Website with a clear
difference between the main OEHHA website and the Prop 65 Warnings
Website. The logo should be recognized as an extension to the existing
OEHHA logo.

*B.**Deliverables*
**
**Listed below are the deliverables for this agreement:
1.Drupal website with modules installed on production web server. The
website shall contain all requirements/task approved by OEHHA staff.
2.Graphic Logo(s)
Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM):The Contractor(s) will develop an
RTM document (electronic format) for the project and use this document
to cross reference the existing documentation to ensure nothing was
missed. The Contractor(s) will maintain the RTM on an ongoing basis. The
