*Please note:* *this role is not a programming role.* *Minimum Qualifications* · Bachelor's Degree in a technology discipline (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent). · 3 or more years experience in software configuration management, systems engineering, quality engineering, or software development. One or more within an Agile methodology. · 2 or more years experience configuring and using one or more of the following Source Control tools: MS Team Foundation Server, CVS, Perforce, ClearCase (or equivalent). · Experience using scripting languages to automate development tasks; such as, ANT, Batch, Powershell, or VB. · Experience using, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and Unix/Linux systems; including using tools, such as: VMWare, Citrix, Tivoli. Microsoft certification preferred. · Experience with network configuration; such as: BigIP, TCP/IP, FTP, LDAP and/or Active Directory. · Possess solid understanding of Software Engineering practices and programming using a variety of software development languages; such as: .Net and Java. · A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills. Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused. · Ability to thrive in a changing environment. Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple priorities. · Well-honed SCM skills and expert understanding of Configuration Management. Ability to perform complex SCM tasks and ability to mentor or train others in the configuration management effort. · Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and ability to apply that knowledge to the software configuration management effort. Ability to communicate ideas and technical information clearly in both verbal and written form. · Operates under minimal supervision. Receives project assignments from the Lead Software Configuration Management Engineer or Manager, but is also responsible for generating their own projects by accessing group needs and working with development groups to determine upcoming projects. *Must haves for this role include:* 1. Experience with source code control tools 2. Excellent communication skills. *Nice to have for the role include:* 1. TFS 2. Jenkins 3. Experience with network configuration; such as: BigIP, TCP/IP, FTP, LDAP and/or Active Directory. 4. Experience with ANT and Power Shell. 3-5 years’ experience is required.
