Work effectively with others to create solutions and to support and enhance Green Tree Methodology. Develop data solutions: • Work with Data Analysts and the data group to understand requirements in accordance to business need. • Support the definition and verification of user requirements. • Complete development/programming as described in design specifications. • Develop database back-end and front-end processes. • Follow and enhance Green Tree development methodology and standards. • Develop test plans and test data. • Conduct data movement testing – often in partnership with QA/tester. Maintain and support data solutions: • Modify, enhance and maintain applications as required. • Maintain integrity of application. • Investigate and resolve system problems caused by program failures. • Provide technical documentation. • Update auxiliary system documentation as needed. Develop strong relationships: • Develop strong relationships with partners and end-users that allow work to move forward with a common understanding.
