Qualifications:
Our client is seeking an experienced IT professional with experience modeling, implementing and optimizing process workflows in our clients' Remedy AR System suite v.8.1 in a large enterprise environment. The individual selected to fill this role will be a assigned to a team with day-to-day responsibilities to support the problem resolution and automation of an enterprise installation of BMC Remedy. The team this individual will join provides support, maintenance, consulting, and enhancement services for selected products of the Service Management infrastructure (the products, applications, and tools that enable Service Management).
The ideal candidate must possess superior written and oral communications skills in English and have an understanding of the business communication creation and distribution across large enterprises is necessary. Must be a highly professional individual with analytical skills who is capable of working with all levels of leadership, analysts, and support members.
Primary Job Responsibilities, Skills & Experience includes:
· 3+ years' experience with software development
· 3+ years in BMC Remedy 7.6 or higher
· ARS application development experience
· Extensive knowledge of Remedy's ITSM modules, including Service Request Management
· Experience in the design, development, and implementation of Service Request Definitions
· Experience using BMC Process Designer
· Experience designing and building Advanced Interface Forms
· Experience installing, configuring and maintaining overall system environment
· Knowledge of ITIL concepts and framework (certification preferred)
· Excellent communication and analytical skills
· Redhat/Linux admin and troubleshooting experience
· Experience integrating Remedy with other applications and services
· Strong working familiarity with Oracle databases
· Strong experience working with Web Services
· Ability to estimate level of effort for customizations, enhancements and other configuration requests
· Ability to work in a high pressure environment, meet established deadlines and simultaneously develop, deploy and coordinate multiple projects
· 3 or more years Remedy Development is required.
