At a minimum, the individual must have and be able to demonstrate: · User Account Management · Incident/WorkOrder resolution · Month close activities. · Troubleshoot and Triage user issues accordingly · Co-ordinate maintenance activities · Liaise with Project team and work closely on the project activities. · Documentation of issues, create documentation for other support team members if needed. · Co-ordinate and work with the Audit team. · Monitor error reports *Skills & other requirements* - · Good working experience with HFM applications.
