Candidate should have strong analytical , problem solving and conceptual
skills for requirement analysis and providing design solutions using SQL .
Responsible for design, development and tuning of mission-critical queries
in Netezza.
Extensive authoring and optimization of T-SQL
Should be strong in advance query writing skill including stored
procedures, functions, creating jobs , alerts etc.
Interface with engineers and business analysts to understand data needs
Build data expertise and own data quality for allocated areas of ownership
Should proactively give technical solution in SQL rather than wait for
technical guidance.
Establish and maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all work;
write technical specification documentation
