Offshore/Onsite Onsite Experience Relevant experience of 4 years. JD. Job Description and Required Skills: · Minimum 4 years’ experience in information technology. · Good experience working with business personnel (non – technical) in gathering business requirements, goals, removing ambiguity and translating these into system/technical requirements for an IT system. · Very good analytical skills – especially when it comes to determining the consequences of requirements on system design. · Should know about the difference between functional and non – functional requirements (NFRs) and how to gather these (especially on how to gather NFRs). · Excellent experience in designing use cases for enterprise level distributed applications. · Knowledge of Enterprise Application and Integration patterns (should know what these are when they come up in a discussion, in other words conversational knowledge). · Should have worked as a tech lead involved in the design (P&D) of at least one enterprise distributed application. · Should have excellent oral and written communication skills (Not having these is a deal breaker). · *Should have Financial Institution work experience* *· Should have experience with Wireframe/Prototype Screen Mockup * *· Should have worked on Business Process flows/Visio* · Additional Preferences: o It would be a plus to have experience on Online Banking, Salesforce, Caliber RM and Open Span Extension Possible May be Work Location Charlotte (NC) - USA Best Regards Ankit Kumar Sagwal IDC Technologies Inc.
