Start date : July 15 : Detailed JD The project involves Infosys Support for Oracle COE Application Managed services globally for JCI. Infosys will support Oracle modules (EBS), Interactive Business Systems (IBS – Java web application), OCoE sub-applications and the inbound and outbound interfaces to these applications for Corporate, Building Efficiency, and Power Solutions business units across Europe and North America. The scope of services is limited to User Account Provisioning, Level 2 and Level 3 application support (Incidents, Problems), root cause analysis, monitoring support and minor Enhancements. Responsibility: Leading the IBS Team for support and enhancement track, Helping the business users with the month end financial close by running reports, Interacting with Business users to understand and triage the issue, Preparing the code/data fix and migrating for testing and following up with the user to move the code to production, Resolving the Month end/ Critical/High/Medium minor priority tickets that are raised by the business users, Responding to the user based on the criticality of the issue, Identifying the root cause analysis and fixing the issue on the course.
