Experience managing IT projects in WEB technologies for new development, maintenance and production support. Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PMI-ACP) Experience playing the “Scrum Master” role for at least two years for a software development team. Lead team through backlog grooming, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint closure and conduct retrospective. Ability to co-ordinate with customer team on a day to day basis and to build and nurture relationship with various customer stakeholders. Provides input to determine project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle. Hands on experience in Requirements Elicitation, Requirements Elaboration and Requirements documentation. Good working knowledge of Change Management and Configuration Management. Monitors project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identifies and negotiates for necessary resources to meet project goals. Develops and executes project communication plans. Leads activities to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.? Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Good Knowledge of CMMi Processes. Ability to lead and mentor a team of 6 to 12 developers in achieving project goals. Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, Customer Interfacing Skills and Documentation *Skills.* Deliver projects on time, within budget, with quality results that meet customer expectations. Follow consistent best practices for project management, and drive process enhancements in collaboration with the team and other project managers in IT. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure projects are planned and prioritized to meet business needs. Develop detailed project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, status reports, tracking and reporting progress. Proactively manage scope, issues and risks to ensure project success. Follow change control procedures effectively. Support the team in developing optimized high quality deliverables, perform reviews in order to meet the defined quality SLAs. Mange client relationships at the project level by engaging them regularly and be the 'Single Point of Contact’ for the client. Perform periodic project reviews and milestone reviews with customer stakeholders. Drive requirements discussion with end-users/customers Requirement walkthrough and sign-off with end customers. Review UI prototypes. Create test plans, execute test cases and document test results.
