Examine risk elements to present trends, assess risk, and provide mitigation recommendations to management. • Participate in meetings and projects with staff, project managers, and business partners to gain understanding of the project, data issues, risks and application data gaps. • Provide support to applications in production by tracking production problems and troubleshooting them to sustain application in production. • Develop queries, analyses, or reports from applications for operations or management staff of assigned business unit(s), or develop specifications for such queries or analyses to be performed by others. • Core responsibilities will encompass the full life cycle of reporting development and analytics: process analysis, reporting business requirements definition, quality testing development, data extraction and analysis, report design, conducting iterative stakeholder reviews, report development/enhancement, analysis on findings, creating recommendations, and presentation of data to all levels of the organization. • Serve as team, project, or technical lead in project involving definition of business processes or development of technical/business specifications for new or modified business management or operational software. *Must have’s skills:* * Strong SAS and SQL skills and good VBA skills.* Ability to stage data from disparate data sources and comfortable working with large data populations. Reporting and data analysis experience. Analytical business or finance background and demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to identify, analyze, interpret, and deliver sound analysis, solutions and business intelligence. Ability to collaborate, influence and solve difficult problems, combining the ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic environment Experience developing queries, analyses, and reports from applications for operations or management staff of assigned business unit(s), developing specifications for complex queries or analyses to be performed by others. Attention to detail with intentional focus on quality and data validation. Good oral/written communication and proven ability to liaise with business stakeholder analysts and management.
