Tech Lead
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• Education / Degree combined with experience:
Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)
• Experience / Education Area :
Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Computer science or related
field and/or demonstrated capability through previous experience and
education to perform job responsibilities
- Must Have’s
o Core Java Jdk 1.7 expereince
o Hands on experience on Web Services implementation( Apache Cxf or any
other)
o Having in depth knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies.
o Strong Skills in Database Concepts primarily Oracle
o Exposed to Database Design, Sql Queries
o Deep knowledge about best coding & design practices and understand ways
to write proficient & performance oriented code
Familiar with software development methodologies and experienced several
full software development life-cycles
Must have skills in enterprise Java technology stack including Core JAVA,
Spring & Spring MVC or JSF or GWT , Web services (REST and
SOAP),Ajax,Javascript.
Must have Experience with JavaScript frameworks specifically in Angular JS,
Node JS and JQuery mobile.
Will prefer development/deployment in Applications servers like Tomcat,
Weblogic, and JBoss
Must have experience with agile development methodologies including
test-driven development
Must have experience with SQL, PL/SQL (Oracle)
Must have experience with Maven, Eclipse, SVN/Github, Selenium
Must possess skills in HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, and JSON
Must possess strong skills in client side development.
Must possess very strong Java (7.0) programming skills.
Strong in object-oriented analysis and design using OO design patterns and
UML
Familiar with Build and Deploy processes
Have good knowledge of Agile, TDD, Continuous Integration
Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL solutions

* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Must
be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts with fellow
team members as well as peers in other groups.
