Offshore/Onsite Onsite Detailed JD Qualifications Basic • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education • At least 5 years of experience in SFDC. Preferred • At least 5 years of solid experience in Salesforce development (Declarative, Apex Coding, Visual Force & JavaScript) with at least 3 full lifecycle SalesForce.com implementations. • Understanding on SFDC/Force.com Implementation best practices, coding standards, deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce Integration & Security implementation • Thorough understanding on standard Salesforce objects & rationalize usability to translate functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions. • At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience deploying enterprise solutions • Experience with Configure/Implement/Deploy solutions, provide documentation, training and knowledge transfer • Identify solution and alternatives and articulate the pros and cons of the choices • At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review. • Stay on top of the SFDC releases and the features and be able to implement them • Ability to efficiently work in team with diverse stakeholder environment and in onsite/offshore model • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Understanding of various versioning and continuous build tools (such as CVS, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.) • Ability to perform scrum master role (Allocation of tasks, consolidation, coordination, reporting and work with Product owners in Agile world) • Basic understanding of ITIL processes and application support knowledge. • Knowledge in any of AppExchange Apps • Data Migration knowledge using Data Loader or External Apps Extension Possible May be Work Location New Providence, New Jersey , USA *Thanks and Regards* *Arvind Nagar* *Email- **[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Direct-408-457-9381 Ext-4008 !!
