We have the below Position, Please contact me/send your updated resume if you are interested. *Title : Windows Active Directory/Microsoft Infra Specialist* *Location: Milwaukee, WI* *Duration: 6 Months Contract* Respond back with resumes to [email protected] *Job Description:* We are in search of Active Directory specialists with experience in AD migration, Group Policy and security, Windows Server and Virtualization technologies. The projects will involve very large scale migration of Business Custom Applications, COTS Applications, Infrastructure Components and Databases from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008 R2/2012, Citrix to RDS Horizon environments. The target infrastructure may be on premise or in public cloud. *Responsibilities of the Migration Specialist include:* Plan and implement Active Directory migration Provide post migration support services and implementing, troubleshooting and administering customer’s complex Active Directory environment. Handle knowledge transfer once migration is completed. Support Windows Server migration, Citrix to RDS migration and application migration from an Active Directory point of view. Managing and troubleshooting DNS and DHCP hosted on Microsoft technologies Use native Microsoft and 3rd party AD management and troubleshooting tools during migrations and during support. Manage and support new technologies as adopted by the business. Represent Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both external and internal customers. Support and adhere to Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy. *REQUIREMENTS:* Job Requirements for the Windows Active Directory Specialists Include: 7 to 9 years experience in maintaining, supporting, and deploying servers using the following platforms: Microsoft windows Server (2003, 2008, 2012), Active Directory (2003, 2008, 2012), VMware (4.0 and higher). 7 to 9 years experience with implementing, troubleshooting and administering complex Active Directory environments with more than 25K users on 25+ domain controllers located in 20+ Active Directory sites. 7 to 9 years experience managing and troubleshooting DNS and DHCP hosted on Microsoft technologies. A good understanding of Active Directory attributes used by Active Directory and email systems. Familiarity with native Microsoft and 3rd party AD management and troubleshooting tools. Familiarity with PowerShell. Familiarity with converting architecture and engineering designs into operations process documentation.
