Client’s is looking for two experienced Technical Incident Managers with strong Systems Administration or Site Reliability engineering background. Ideal Client’s technical duty officers are natural leaders who are passionate about technology and have good understanding of Internet infrastructure and ecommerce scalability. As part of Client’s Site Engineering division, they're tasked with managing site incidents with aid from some of the best-in-class, industry-leading toolkits, staff, and operating procedures. They are the incident commanders who would lead any site recovery efforts. Backing up this very visible role are some of the brightest engineers, SA's, and DBA's found in the company.
