*1. **Prior experience with Lawson Software (Finance or HR modules)
and attention to detail.*
*2. **Strong experience with COBOL**.*
*3. **Strong experience with Unix and Unix Scripting.*
4. Experience with JavaScript, *SQL**,* HTML, and XML
5. Good understanding of Lawson environment, process flow,
self-service, design studio, security, LBI, etc.
6. Experience in strategic planning, development, implementation and
maintenance of Business applications.
7. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to learn new
technical skills.
8. Highly motivated, results driven with strong work ethics.
*Knowledge: *
· B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development/support
environment
· Strong experience in programming and analysis
· Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
