· Lead incident management team (L2 Support)
· Work distribution and SLAs compliance
· Provide On-Call support
· Interact with Business to understand the issue and provide work
around
· Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Incident
Management process
· Produce management reports
· Monitoring the effectiveness of Incident Management and making
recommendations for improvement
· Developing and maintaining the Incident Management process and
procedures
· Ensure knowledge base for the production issues are up to date
