Our team requires driven individuals that can be given a challenge and immediately dive in, be aggressive and consult with client leadership to create a leading edge web product. Must be someone that has proven experience working closely with technical leads, the business team and collaboratively create a comprehensive, best practice driven solution. Must thrive in a changing environment. We are looking for someone that is able to bring fresh ideas and approaches and is willing to insert best practice methods to more efficiently meet the desired outcomes. Must also be a quick study on our clients’ target technical architecture (TTA) and align solutions with this path. *Development skill set required (M – Master, S – Skilled, B – Basic):* - .Net (M) - MVC (S) - TFS or similar (S) - Agile Development Process (S) - Database programming – SQL server or similar (S) *The successful candidate:* - Besides the development skills, it is as important to possess strong analytical qualities, attitude and communication skills. - May have experience working on other .Net web solutions - Has worked on large, enterprise-level, applications or solutions - Has direct experience using modern code development/management/build tools such as TFS - Has direct experience using code analysis and refactoring tools such as Resharper - Has good understanding of relational databases – including SQL, data models, stored procedures, triggers, etc. - Has excellent verbal communication skills. - Is able to work in a consensus-driven, collaborative team. - Is able to grasp technical concepts quickly. - Is a good problem solver and able to react and respond to user questions in a timely manner. - Has solid written communication skills. - Is proficient with Word, Excel, and Visio. - Has a BS in computer science - Candidates will be expected to become familiar with the client environment quickly and with little guidance and supervision. - Candidate should also be willing to assist in areas with which the candidate may not have experience.
