Resolving incidents/problems within specified SLAs Working on Enhancements: Functional Design, Provide Solution & Implement the same. Should be able to work on ALE/EDI –Idocs in an environment with multiple inbound and outbound interfaces. Follow Incident & Change Management process with appropriate usage of tools (ServiceNow/ CHARM.) Creation & Maintenance of Config, Unit/QA Test documents through Solution Manger & HPQC. Attend & Present MM changes in SAP Change Meetings/Release Meetings.
