Ability to frame the right set of questions for a single process track. Assist in creating solution proposals , rough effort estimates , assist in solution workshops and assist in preparing the solution road map as well as assisting in the detailed documentation and in implementing the solution Ableto guide a team , preparation of design documents, gathering business requirements and estimation and having the knowledge of the quality processes and also guide the team in using the various quality tools. Should have at least 2 - 4 yrs years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 1 - 3 years of domain experience Must have a good understanding of the sub modules of FI ( General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable with a good working knowledge of the CO modules comprising of Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders *Skill2* Ability to read through the customer business processes and simultaneously formulating the adoption of the best business practices in meeting the foreseeable challenges. Ability to review, validate the right set of questions. Create solution workshops with senior business managers, review validate solution proposals and estimates, rendering advice on best business practices and getting the buy in to adopt these practices. Ability to create solution road maps integrating multiple disparate processes. Ability to present and get the buy in for the solution from senior managers and the CXO levels. Implement the solution by leading the team. In addition to leveraging the standard processes, come out with innovative solutions and timely execution of the project within the agreed time lines and the cost. Ability to lead a team and participate in presales activity and ability to give suggestions on areas of improvements. Knowledge of the quality processes and adopted quality standards in projects. Knowledge of the recognized quality tools and Participate in Quality Improvement meetings Should have more than 6 years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 5 - 8 years of domain experience. Must have a good understanding of the FI sub modules of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and the Asset Accounting Module, with a good working knowledge of the CO modules comprising of Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing and the integration between the Production Planning modules *Skill3* Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly. Ability to elicit the right information by framing the right set of questions. Able to assist in creating solution proposals / solution workshops / detailed solution and assist in preparing the solution road map. Ability to create the detailed solution and assist in implementing the solution. Good module level knowledge and able to configure based on the design document and a good knowledge of the quality processes and used them in projects. Should have 0 - 2 years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 0 - 2 years of domain experience..Must have a good knowledge of the FI sub modules comprising of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Integration with Sales and Distribution and Material Management. Must have the basic knowledge of the Controlling (CO) sub modules of Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting. Skill2 - SAP FI Basic L1.1 (1year): Trained on FI module, aware of GL, AP & AR master data and standard GL, AP & AR transactions.
