Minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience in Pega PRPC · Experience in Pega 5.x, and 6.x is preferred and should have knowledge of Pega 7 features and its implementation procedures · Sound knowledge on Pega Upgrade, Integrations, Performance Management, Capacity planning, and all Pega relevant tools · Should have experience on both development and support projects · Good in experience Architectural and Design aspects · Sound communication and leadership skills · Pega CLSA certified is preferred · Insurance domain knowledge will be a plus · Hands on experience in Pega frameworks · Experience in managing large scale Pega implementations · Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment process. · Good experience on Design Review, Code Review.
