*Location:* NYC, NY

*Duration:* 12 months

*Minimum 8 years exp.*



*Mandatory Skills:            *



•               Minimum 8 years progressive software systems programming
experience, of which 5+ years’ experience on Oracle WebCenter or ADF.

•               At least 5 years’ experience of a strong Enterprise
Platform such as Oracle Middleware such as ( WebCenter Portal, ADF,
Enterprise Content Management, SOA, or BPM) with experience across design,
installation, configuration, deployment troubleshooting, and support

•               Depth and breadth of experience with Oracle's SOA,
WebCenter, and/or ADF suites and component products, as well as their
broader solutions.

•               Experience in designing and deploying enterprise data
integration solutions

•               Hands on experience in Oracle enterprise-level
implementations

•               Integration experience with Oracle DB,  Web
Services(SOAP/REST)

•               Must have implemented systems security with secure Single
Sign-on and Web access management solutions

•               Development experience with Core Java, Web Services, JSF,
HTML5, Javascript, and CSS



*Desired Skills:*



•               Understanding of multi-tier distributed software
architectures, concurrent programming concepts, and multi-threaded
applications

•               Knowledge of relational databases and SQL

•               Extensive knowledge of business requirements gathering,
architecting, designing and developing complex Oracle based web
applications and re-engineering products

•               Knowledge of process stabilization, performance analysis,
code optimization and testing of web application and data-engineering
products

•               Knowledge of health care claims and health insurance
industry preferred

•               Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•               Planning, organizing, analytical, problem-solving and
decision-making skills

•               Ability to quickly attain and understand new processes with
strict attention to detail

•               Ability to meet strict deadlines, work on multiple tasks
and work well under pressure

•               Ability to work at the highest technical level on all
phases of software systems programming applications

•               Ability to analyze data and arrive at a logical conclusion

•               Ability to assess ramification of issues and prioritize
tasks based on business impact

•               Ability to effectively present information and respond to
questions from groups of managers and clients

•               Ability to evaluate production situations and current
information to determine the appropriate course of action and execute
decisions



*Job Responsibilities*:



•               The Technical Architect will be responsible for delivery of
Web Center solutions by estimating, designing, developing and implementing
portal applications. She/he will be responsible for designing solutions,
communicating with team members, query resolution, managing client
deliverables.

•               Assist in customer discovery sessions in terms of WebCenter
Portal architecture,  metadata, and workflow

•               Assist in prioritizing customer requirements and developing
implementation schedules to maximize resources

•               Provide guidance to both internal resources and customers
on best practices for WebCenter Content

•               Ability to install and Configure WebCenter Portal  in
multiple environments and operating systems

•               Design and implement WebCenter Portal  workflows

•               Provide technical leadership and participation in all
aspects of Oracle related projects from early phase proposals through,
design, code, test, implementation, as well as maintain

•               Create technical architecture documents and solution
architecture documents

•               Proven versatility across multiple technologies,
applications, and industries with the ability to design, estimate, propose,
build, and document enterprise class architecture solutions and systems
based on Oracle's SOA, WebCenter, and/or ADF technology offerings in
complex environments (Highly Available and Clustered).

•               Ability to provide technical leadership and hands-on
guidance to

•               Architect, Deploy, & Configure SOA, WebCenter, and ADF
solutions
