Skills

Must be Linux Certified candidate (Preferably RED HAT LINUX CERTIFIED
CANDIDATE).



7 yrs+ yrs of IT experience

6-7 yrs+ of Linux/ unix system admin exp (networking, kernel param & tuning,
trouble shooting system & perf issues, pkg mgmt, patch mgmt).

3-4 yrs + with HP /UX (networking, kernel param & tuning, trouble shooting
system & perf issues, pkg mgmt, patch mgmt)

1-2 yrs of exp with VMWare ESX Serves.



Good working knowledge with SAN Storage technologies.

Good working knowledge with Clusters (Veritas clusters) Basic level
scripting (either shell or perl should be fine) but should be capable of
understanding other shell scripts

varying degree of complexity o Ability to work under tight timelines and
pressure o Ability to work cross-functionally in a global team environment o
