They understand multiple applications and technologies. - Participates in the certification of the technical infrastructure. - Assists in solving technical and performance problems with technical infrastructure. Is able to solve low and moderately complex technical problems. - Produces quality work that is accurate with minimal editing required. Identify, document and escalate new and/or re-occurring issues. - Prioritizes own work to meet deadlines. Assists in the preparation & delivery of presentations to management and end users as requested. - Experience writing technical documentation and strong ability to communicate ideas to collaborating technical work groups. - Working knowledge of Cloud Enabling Technologies and IP routing expertise on Juniper and Cisco hardware platforms.
