*Job Title –SAS Tech Lead Location – Dallas,Texas Duration - 6 – 12 Months (Possible Extension)* *Rate - DOE * *Job Description* – Candidate would lead and manage the SAS VA team who supports the technical and business partnership for the Enterprise SAS Analytics platforms. Strong leadership skills and communications a requirement Candidate would be able to interact with executives, end users and technical team with ease. Experience in SAS VA architecture installed in a Windows thin client/server environment. The successful candidate must work effectively across a wide range of end-user expertise and experience which will require patience and efficacious communication skills. Candidate would be able to manage the team who maintains existing scripts and schedules and would be expected to develop new scripts, as required, to support additional needs and to provide SAS consulting assistance to approximately 300-400 end users. Support responsibilities include, but are not limited to problem determination, best practices, and coding techniques. Data sources include a variety of formats including DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, MS Access, MS Excel, as well as ASCII and EBDCIC.
